I was folding a piece of paper today, and I unfolded it, I realized that the line on the piece of paper was folded badly, as I tried to fix it, I find the more I tried to fix the line, the more creases and folds happen to appear, angrily, I threw the piece of paper away, than I thought, the piece of paper is like a mistake, if we try to fix a mistake, it would just get messier and messier and lead to more mistakes, for example: just like misunderstandings, if someone misunderstood you for something, and you try to explain, but not explaining it properly, you would find that the more you tried to explain, the more misunderstandings it will lead to.
The other day, I was watching To Grow with Love, in it, Tina, the ‘fat’ girl, had a misunderstanding with Daniel, (her boss), Daniel’s girlfriend, Rachel, got really upset, and asked Tina, the more Tina explained, the more truth revealed, however, the more the misunderstanding grew and the more Rachel got upset.
But really, what are we to do when we do have a misunderstanding? let it settle? let things take its course? or…
